Role: Treatment Therapist
Role Type: Part-Time (3 full days days per week working 24 hours in total)
Current Working Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday 9am to 6pm. The working days of the individual need to be flexible to meet the changing needs of the business.
Salary: £14-£17 per hour depending on skills and experience plus commission and tips

We are committed to providing an exceptional experience, with a focus on both relaxation and results.The Role: We are seeking an experienced Treatment Therapist with a passion for client care and a strong background in delivering therapeutic services. As a Treatment Therapist, you will perform a range of treatments, including facials and massages, body wraps and waxing, ensuring every client receives a memorable and transformative experience. You will play a key role in maintaining our clinic’s high standards of service, offering each client a warm welcome, attentive care, and a seamless journey from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a variety of facial treatments tailored to individual client needs, utilising professional techniques to achieve desired results
- Perform therapeutic massages with an emphasis on client relaxation, comfort, and satisfaction
- Deliver exceptional client care, ensuring a welcoming and relaxing environment and maintaining high service standards throughout each client interaction
- Consult with clients to assess their skin and body needs, offering expert advice and treatment recommendations
- Maintain treatment rooms, ensuring they are clean, organised, and fully stocked before each appointment
- Work collaboratively with the clinic team to deliver an outstanding experience and consistently uphold our brand values
- Remain up-to-date on the latest treatment techniques and product knowledge to provide clients with informed and effective recommendations
- Uphold all health and safety standards and follow clinic protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and team members
Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a qualified Treatment Therapist, ideally in a premium clinic or spa setting, with specific expertise in facials and massages and body treatments
- NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent qualification) required; additional certifications in specific treatments (such as advanced facials or massage techniques)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
- Attention to detail, ensuring a high-quality experience for every client
- Passion for wellness and client care, with a warm and welcoming demeanour
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
