- Supporting the dedicated transport operation for the GXO TJX network on the open book contract.
- Manage and coordinate the work activities within your team.
- To ensure all deliveries and collections meet the required contractual performance standards.
- To proactively manage the daily activities of GXO Logistics within the TJX contract.
- To ensure absence and holiday cover is in place for the role and assist in absentee and holiday cover where required.
- Strong working knowledge of telematics systems as well as Tachomaster
- Previous experience working within a fast-paced transport environment
- Transport compliance knowledge & experience
- Ideally experience leading a team previously
- CPC license - Would be an advantage
