Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Transport Administrator / Customer Service representative to join our logistics team. In this dual role, you will be responsible for day-to-day Invoicing, customer queries, scanning, reporting to Admin Manager, delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with both customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Transport Administration:
- Collecting delivery notes, scanning into the TMS system.
- Managing transport documentation such as delivery notes,
- Invoicing customers, emailing customer invoices & pod’s
- Data entry
- Liaise with drivers and customers
- .Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and transport partners.
- Communicating and supporting Transport planners
- Ad hock duties
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a busy fast pace transport, logistics, or customer service environment preferred, not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and transport/logistics software.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts if required.

Pay: £22,880.00-£25,133.72 per year
