  • Be proactive in contacting all learners that did not attend and liaising with agencies in providing feedback on attendance to support fellow training engagement officers.
  • Support fellow training engagement officers to ensure that the minimum referral targets for training courses are consistently achieved
  • Prepare weekly updates/reports so that they can be fed into the College system to assist with decision making on future activity with specified groups.
  • Ensure CRM system is kept fully up to date.

What We’re Looking For:

We seek candidates who:

  • Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) qualification (Level 2 or above) – desirable.
  • A commitment to undertake any mandatory training relevant to the role.
  • Full UK Driving Licence

What’s in it for you?

The college offers an excellent benefits package which includes:

  • Generous Annual Leave (30-45 days per annum (pro rata), depending on role)
  • Opportunity to purchase additional annual leave
  • Competitive Salaries
  • Cycle to Work Salary Sacrifice Scheme
