First Aid Training Coordinator
5 Days per week
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our Blended First Aid sector. This varied role combines sales, customer service, compliance, and administrative duties. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging new centres, onboarding them onto our e-learning platform, and supporting them in delivering regulated first aid courses through our awarding organisation, CTQ.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach prospective centres to encourage them to join and utilise our e-learning software
- Support centres in delivering accredited first aid courses under CTQ
- Set up and manage user accounts within the database
- Upsell additional training courses to existing clients
- Work towards obtaining an Internal Quality Assurer (IQA) qualification to ensure compliance within centres
- Conduct course sampling and oversee quality assurance processes
- Liaise with CTQ to ensure the completion and submission of necessary paperwork
- Verify trainers’ credentials, ensuring all required documentation is valid and up to date
- Ensure invoices are generated correctly and that certificates are readily available
- Provide exceptional customer service and sales support via telephone and email
Skills & Experience Required:
- Strong background in sales and customer service
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment
- Comfortable working in an office-based role with telephone communication
- Willingness to work towards an IQA qualification
- Previous experience in education, training, or first aid sectors is desirable
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to £26,000.00 per year
