Bluestone is a leading supplier of premium-quality kitchen and commercial worktops, proudly working on prestigious projects across the UK. We are currently seeking a Worktop Machinist / Bench Hand Joiner to join our skilled team in our Kendal-based joinery shop.
About the Role
You'll be trained to work with premium materials like timber and solid surfaces (e.g., Corian) to produce bespoke, high-quality worktops for prestigious projects across the UK.
This is a full-time, workshop-based role offering on-the-job training with experienced craftsmen, giving you valuable skills in joinery, machining, and fabrication.
What You’ll Learn
- How to use hand tools like routers, belt sanders, and orbital sanders
- How to operate woodworking machines such as panel saws and spindle moulders
- Reading and working from manufacturing drawings
- Delivering projects from start to finish with a focus on quality and precision

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.21-£15.00 per hour
