We are an exclusive Wedding and Events Venue with Luxury 5 star accommodation set in the Staffordshire countryside bordering Lichfield and Burton on Trent.
A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time trainee or experienced Wedding and Event Planner to join our small, friendly team. You will be required to coordinate weddings, organise special events and undertake general administrative duties. Weekend working will be requited during the main wedding season. (April to September).
The Candidate:
- Will have a minimum of 2 years previous experience in hospitality
- Experience in Wedding and Event co-ordination is desirable but not essential
- Undertake viewings, put together proposals, produce contracts and function sheets to the exact requirements of Clients with the aim to exceed their expectations.
- Possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal, the candidate will be highly positive, self motivated, enthusiastic possess a "can do" attitude with a proactive and flexible approach to their work.
- Project a professional image and working with a small team be able to manage time, be efficient and organised and prioritise workload effectively.
- Have an excellent working knowledge of computers, including excel.
- Emotionally resilient: able to manage a high workload and tight deadlines.
Salary negotiable and dependent on experience.

Pay: £25,500.00-£32,000.00 per year
