The role itself is performance based, with an excellent weekly pay structure per acquisition
OTE tend to average between £1700-£2800 per month for those in training positions
**This is ideally seen as a full time position 5 days minimum**
Responsibilities: - Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend products or services that best suit them
- Actively promote and sell products to achieve sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sales process
- Maintain a deep understanding of our products or services to effectively address customer inquiries
- Collaborate with team members to optimise sales strategies and enhance the overall customer experience
Skills:
Required: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales acumen and ability to close deals effectively
- Customer-focused approach with a passion for exceeding customer expectations
- Ability to work well in a team environment and contribute to a positive workplace
- Previous experience in sales or customer service roles is good but not necessary
