Trainee Fitness Advisor

What you’ll do:
- Front of house duties to include answering the phone, responding to emails, face to face enquiries, greeting all members
- Admin tasks to include filing new member forms, removal of old membership forms from folders, keeping the diary up to date
- Cleaning tasks as required each day
- Membership enquiries and tours
- Ordering stock: gym roll, cleaning chemicals, pool supplies, drinks
- Pool Testing
What you bring:
trong knowledge of human anatomy and exercise physiology.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and engage with clients.
Ability to adapt and modify exercises for clients with different fitness levels or limitations.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification.
First Aid at Work certification.
