Trainee Resident Liaison Officer
Location: Wirral (Northwest Team)
Contract: Temporary with potential to become permanent
Working Hours: 39 Hours, Monday to Friday

The Role
We are excited to offer an excellent opportunity for a Trainee Resident Liaison Officer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about customer service and is looking to develop their career in a rewarding and engaging environment. You will be the key point of contact for residents during the refurbishment of occupied properties in the Wirral, ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout the works.
Key Responsibilities
- Notify residents about upcoming refurbishment works and keep them informed throughout the process.
- Serve as a vital link between residents, the site team, and clients to ensure clear and effective communication.
- Handle and resolve complaints in accordance with the client’s complaints procedure.
- Complete administrative tasks including collecting resident feedback and maintaining accurate records.
- Organise Social Value events in line with our company’s Social Value Policy.
- Assist in creating tenant communication materials in line with the Hankinson Whittle Customer Care Process.
- Provide a professional, front-line service to tenants.
- Attend site meetings and share updates with the project team.
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience in a customer service role is desirable but not essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good level of IT literacy.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
- Positive attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
