A typical day at Regus
- Foster an Engaging Community: Be the heart and soul of our workspace by building meaningful relationships with our members, understanding their needs, and creating a sense of belonging within the community.
- Deliver Exceptional Service: Provide outstanding customer service to all members and guests, offering assistance with a smile, managing inquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience throughout their visit.
- Space Management: Maintain a clean, well-organized, and inviting workspace, ensuring that all common areas are consistently presentable and equipped with necessary supplies.
- Event Coordination: Plan and execute exciting community events, workshops, and networking sessions that bring professionals together, foster collaboration, and inspire creativity.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to showcase the benefits of Regus to potential clients, conducting tours of the workspace and highlighting the unique features of our flexible solutions.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle various administrative duties, including managing mail and packages, maintaining accurate records, and providing support to the centre manager.
- Second in Command: Ability to take charge on occasion when the centre manager is away and unavailable.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in using technology and Office 365 to a good degree.
- A self-starter who can add value even when not being given directive.

A full driving license and access to a car is essential.
Salary aligned with age bands. This is an entry level role.
