We are a growing company specialising in loft insulation installation, dedicated to helping households lower their energy bills and reduce their carbon footprint. Due to continued demand, we are looking to recruit a motivated and reliable Trainee Loft Insulation Installer to join our team.
No previous experience is necessary — full training will be provided! (Previous on site experience is preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation of loft insulation in residential properties
- Prepare loft spaces by clearing access routes and ensuring safety measures
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Communicate professionally with customers on-site
- Load and unload materials and equipment safely
What We're Looking For:
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good level of physical fitness – this is a hands-on, active role
- Comfortable working at height and in confined spaces (e.g., lofts)
- Punctual, dependable, and able to follow instructions
- Full UK driving licence
