Solutions at Work Limited is a busy, outsourced legal cashroom business, based in Kirkcaldy with clients throughout the UK.
Due to continued expansions we are looking for a trainee legal cashier/accounts assistant.
Working as part of an established, supportive and friendly team, you will be required to: -
- Comply with daily practices and procedures.
- Monitor client e-mails.
- Set up and check bank payments using online banking.
- Perform bank reconciliations.
- Liaise with clients and deal with their queries.
- Reconcile supplier statements.
- Carry out general office admin tasks.
- Assist with month end procedures.
- Enter data entries onto practice management cash accounting systems.
The following skills are essential:-
- Computer literacy.
- A good working knowledge of Outlook
- Attention to detail
- An ability to be a contributing team player.
- An interest in working in an accounting environment.
- The ability to work to tight deadlines.
