We are in need of a reliable individual to work alongside a team of catering butchers in our purpose built preparation facility. The role focuses primarily on producing sausages and burgers to a high standard, but also includes order picking, packing, and general support within the production area.
Main Responsibilities:
- Producing sausages and burgers to specific recipes and quality standards
- Weighing, mixing, and processing meat ingredients
- Operating sausage and burger-making machinery
- Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in line with food safety regulations
- Supporting the team with other butchery and production tasks as required
About You:
- Previous experience in butchery or meat production preferred, but not essential
- Comfortable working in a chilled environment
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
Working hours:
Four and a half day week
Monday: 6am - 4pm
Tuesday: CLOSED
Wednesday to Friday: 6am - 4pm
Saturday: 5:30am - 10:30am
Sunday: CLOSED
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £560.00 per week
