Responsibilities:
- Assist in the shops ever growing business
- Maintain a clean and organized shop environment including day to day cleaning and haccp
- Be able to butcher and prep all products that come in
- Have enthusiasm in buying and selling meat.
- Assist with stock control and costings.
-Block test may be required
Experience:
- Butchery experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge in window display would be preferred and attention to detail to the products that are sold to the customers
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Sausage making and full carcass butchery preferred.
- General all round knowledge in butchery and cleaning a must
-A tidy and clean appearance is a must.
- Work uniform will be provided.
