Are you experienced in delivering excellent customer service as the norm., fulfilling customer orders & responding to questions both face to face, on the telephone, e-mail.
Often being the first contact a customer has with the Company it is vital that you represent the Company in a professional and knowledgeable manner, constantly delivering a service that exceeds customers’ expectations.
In partnership with your manager, you will ensure that the Trade Counter is manned during working hours, this will require an amount of flexibility during busy periods and weekends (Counter open Monday - Friday 8.00 – 17.00 Saturday 8.00-12.00 noon).
Required attributes for this role are-
· Knowledge of Glass and Glazing materials would be advantageous but not essential
· Experience in delivering consistent excellent customer service
· Excellent communication skills
· Ability to work effectively and efficiently on your own initiative as part of a busy team
· Be comfortable working under pressure to tight time scale
· This is a physically demanding role, as such a good level of fitness is required
