We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Toddler Room Leader to join our founding team at Lots for Tots Childcare, Hilton. This is a unique opportunity to help shape our toddler room (ages 2–3) from day one — in a nursery where staff wellbeing, teamwork and high-quality care are at the heart of everything we do.
What you’ll do:
- Lead the daily running of the toddler room
- Plan and deliver exciting, age-appropriate activities
- Support children's emotional and physical development
- Promote independence and support toilet training
- Build strong bonds with children and families
- Motivate and support your room team
- Track progress, complete observations and assessments
- Ensure your room is safe, calm, and well-organised
What we’re looking for:
- Level 3 childcare qualification (essential)
- Previous experience as a Room Leader or Senior Practitioner
- Confident knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding
- A team player with strong communication and leadership skills
- Someone who is calm, caring and committed to quality childcare
