Supervisor
The Brass Pig is a Bristol-based, family-owned bar group that has been serving the community for over 50 years. We are looking for a reliable Bar Staff to provide an excellent guest experience. Good Bar Staff will be able to create memorable experiences for customers while maintaining a clean and orderly bar.
Responsibilities
- Prepare alcohol and non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
- Interact with customers and take orders while bar training is ongoing
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails (full training provided)
- Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
- Training new staff
- Over seeing staff and delegating jobs to other staff
Skills
- Resume and proven working experience as a supervisor
- Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
- Computer literacy
- Knowledge of a second language is a plus but not required
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
- Ability to lead a team
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.50-£13.00 per hour
