Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in choosing.
- Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional sales.
- Maintain an organised and tidy shop environment.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with stock management, including restocking shelves and inventory checks.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
- Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with customers and colleagues.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
