**Telesales Representative – Office Supplies & PPE**
We are seeking a results-driven **Telesales Representative** to create leads to pass across to the key account managers. We sell office supplies and personal protective equipment (PPE) to businesses. You will connect with potential customers via phone, provide product information, and meet sales targets.
**Responsibilities**:
-Experience in sales would be an advantage
-Confident on the phones talking to new customers
- Call prospective customers to promote office supplies and PPE.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
**Requirements**:
- Proven telesales or sales experience, ideally in office supplies or PPE- Desired but not essential
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle objections and stay motivated.
-Lead generating for the key account manager
This role requires enthusiasm, resilience, and a passion for customer engagement.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.21-£13.50 per hour
