You MUST have experience in appointment setting and general experience in sales via telephone with a history of at least 2 years.
We are currently seeking to recruit the best telesales agents in Southampton to join our city centre office.
Duties
- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective customers to promote products and services.
- Effectively communicate the benefits of our offerings to potential clients in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of calls made, customer feedback, and follow-up actions.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Experience
- Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is essential.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English.
- A positive attitude, resilience, and the ability to handle rejection gracefully are essential traits for success in this role.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
