We’re looking for a highly organised, friendly, and proactive Office Manager to run the day-to-day coordination of our solar appointments. If you’re confident on the phone, love keeping things organised, and want to be part of a company that’s making a real difference — we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Confirming and scheduling appointments with customers (mostly warm leads — interested inquiries from potential customers)
- Calling homeowners to check details and availability
- Managing sales representatives’ (reps’) diaries and appointment calendars
- Updating our CRM system with accurate notes and tags
- Texting/calling to confirm times and follow-up where needed
- Supporting the sales team with daily admin tasks
- Keeping the office organised and running smoothly

You’ll Need:
- Great phone manner and clear communication
- Strong organisational and admin skills
- Confidence using CRMs, calendars, and basic office tools
- A calm and friendly personality — even when things get busy
- Previous experience in admin, customer service, or scheduling (preferred but not essential)
