Adam Bernard Solicitors is a dynamic and fast-growing law firm based in the heart of Central London. We specialise in providing client-focused legal solutions across a wide range of practice areas. We are now looking for a professional, enthusiastic, and proactive Client Services & Sales Executive to join our front-facing team.
This is an office based role that combines reception duties, call handling, and telesales – ideal for someone who enjoys variety, client interaction, and has a keen interest in progressing within the legal sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Front of House (Reception)
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage the reception area, handle post and deliveries
- Assist solicitors with meeting room arrangements and client-facing tasks
- Call Handling (Call Centre Tasks)
- Answer inbound client calls and route them appropriately
- Make outbound follow-up calls and confirmations
- Provide general information about services and appointment availability
- Accurately maintain client logs and records
- Client Outreach & Sales (Telesales Tasks)
- Follow up on online enquiries and leads to convert them into appointments
- Promote the firm’s services to potential clients in a professional and persuasive manner
- Achieve weekly targets for booked consultations and new enquiries
- Support digital campaigns by contacting leads received through marketing platforms
Ideal Candidate
- Excellent spoken and written communication
- Friendly, confident, and professional telephone manner
- Highly organised and able to multitask
- Target-driven with a passion for client service
- Previous experience in reception, telesales or customer service (legal or professional services background is desirable)
- Strong IT skills and familiarity with office software and phone systems
