Role Overview
We are currently seeking a Technical Surveyor to join our team. In this position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate measurement and preparation of projects. You’ll liaise with clients, contractors, and our in-house team to deliver seamless installations and uphold our reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site surveys to measure and assess window and door installations accurately.
- Prepare detailed technical drawings and specifications for manufacturing and installation.
- Liaise with clients to discuss design preferences, technical requirements.
- Ensure compliance with building regulations, planning permissions, and safety standards.
- Identify and address any technical challenges, offering practical and efficient solutions.
- Identify and address any potential health and safety concerns, providing appropriate solutions.
- Provide exceptional customer service, maintain strong relationships with clients and internal team members.
About You
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who takes pride in their work. The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience installing timber windows and doors is essential.
- Proficiency in technical drawing and CAD software (preferred but not essential).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A problem-solving mindset and a keen eye for detail.
- A valid driver’s license.
