Role: Tech Client Support Representative (Nordic market)
Language needed: Swedish or Finnish or Norwegian or Danish
Location: Hybrid – 3 days in our modern Bournemouth HQ (Granville Chambers, 21 Richmond Hill, BH2 6BJ) & 2 days remote
OTE: £28,000 in Year 1 (Base + Quarterly Bonuses)

Tasks
What You’ll Be Doing
- Respond to inbound B2B queries from customers in the Nordic market
- Learn to understand and explain IT software solutions
- Build rapport with decision-makers and identify opportunities to upsell or expand support
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalations and provide top-tier service
- Engage in continuous learning to build your tech knowledge and grow fast in your role
Who are you?
- Strong communication skills in one of the Nordic languages: Swedish or Finnish or Norwegian or Danish.
- Self-motivated, proactive & hungry to learn
- Great communicator
- Strong appetite to be the best!
