About the Role
As a team member of our new mobile unit, you’ll be the face of Cromars on the road. From food festivals to busy events, you’ll ensure our legendary fish and chips are served with excellence and a smile. This is a hands-on role that combines leadership, logistics, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve our customers with a smile
- Frying fish and chips
- Food preparation
- Ensure food quality, hygiene, and safety standards are met
- Handle stock control and ordering
- Represent Cromars with professionalism and enthusiasm
What We’re Looking For
- You know how to thrive in fast-paced, public-facing environments
- Strong personality and great communication skills
- A passion for food and customer service
- Good knowledge of food hygiene
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as needed
- Good knowledge of the fish and chip industry (not essential)
