Job Summary
Mini Kingdom Soft Play is looking for friendly, reliable Team Members to join our growing team! This is a mixed role covering both kitchen and front-of-house duties—perfect for someone who enjoys variety and working in a lively, family-focused environment.
While we provide training, previous kitchen or café experience would be a real advantage—you’ll be preparing and serving food, making drinks, and helping us keep everything running smoothly during busy times.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve food and drinks (including barista-style coffee)
- Assist in the kitchen, following hygiene and safety standards
- Greet and assist customers, take orders, and deliver great service
- Maintain cleanliness in the café, kitchen, and play areas
- Handle payments accurately using a till
- Support with parties and events, ensuring a fun and safe environment for children
- Work as part of a team to keep everything moving efficiently
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly, approachable, and confident in a family setting
- Kitchen and food prep experience is a bonus
- Willing to learn and take on a variety of tasks
- Good time management and able to work under pressure
- Must be available to work weekends and school holidays
- A current or willingness to obtain a DBS check is essential
