What You’ll Need:
To succeed in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:
- Proven leadership experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and influence others.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills in dynamic environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and adaptability to new systems and software.
- Relevant qualifications in operations management, or a related field (desirable).

As a Team Leader, you will be working across various locations in Wakefield and other surrounding areas. This role primarily requires working out-of-hours shifts, including nights and weekends, to ensure the smooth running of operations during critical times. Applicants must hold a valid UK driver’s licence, have access to a vehicle, and be able to reliably commute to multiple locations as required. Flexibility and commitment to these hours are essential to succeed in this role.
