Key Responsibilities:
-Lead and supervise a production team in a hands-on role to meet daily targets efficiently.
-Ensure food safety, hygiene, and quality standards are met at all times.
-Train and develop team members to maintain high performance in a multicultural environment.
-Monitor production processes and resolve any issues promptly.
-Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

-Previous experience in food production or a manufacturing leadership role desirable.
-Strong understanding of food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
