BuryILD are actively recruiting for support workers in the Bury area. We have 10 locations throughout the borough and are seeking full & part time employees.

Salary: £12.60 – £13.50
Hours: Full time (35 hours per week) Part time (16-30 hours per week)
We are not recruiting bank staff for this role and are unable to accept sponsorship.
About the Role:
As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in helping individuals enjoy daily activities and lead fulfilling lives. Your responsibilities will include but exhaust:
- Accompanying on walks and outings to community events or leisure activities
- Engaging in hobbies and/or accessing education and employment.
- Supporting with daily living activities while encouraging independence
- Assisting with personal care and medication needs
- Facilitating transport to appointments and activities as needed
Who We’re Looking For:

- A team player with a positive attitude and a sense of fun
- Experience in a support worker role is preferred.
