Team Leader - Home Care - Learning Disabilities
Salary: Up to 16.00 Pound per hour (depending on experience)
Location: Hastings
Hours: Full-time
Holidays: 28 days including bank holidays

We are looking for a passionate, organised and committed Team Leader to join our growing home care team. We have a very high standard of delivering the best care to our Learning Disability residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care.
- Conduct spot checks, observations and supervisions.
- Complete care plans, risk assessments and client reviews.
- Support with rota management and shift cover where necessary.
- Ensure compliance with CQC standards and company policies.
- Liaise with clients, families, professionals, and other stakeholders.
- Assist with staff recruitment, inductions, and ongoing training.
Requirements:
- Experience in Learning Disabilities (preferred minimum 1 year supervisory experience).
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards it).
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Good organisational and time management abilities.
- Full driving licence for on call duties
