Job Title: Team Leader DAY - Children’s service
Locations: Great Barr, Birmingham

Max Salary: £33,246.00 Is based on maximum Base salary £28.926.00 plus 6 sleep ins per month.

Make a difference to Children in our Care: Do you have your Diploma Level 3 in Residential Childcare, and looking for a new challenge, if so, we have the role for you.

Our Children's residential home in the Great Barr local community supports up to 3 x Children/young people with EBD or Mental Health difficulties. We are currently looking for a Team Leader.

Hours: Average 40 hours per week (1 on, 2 off day rota)

Contract: Permanent

About us: Care Perspectives is a specialist provider of care and support to children & young people who have complex mental health disorders, learning disabilities, and emotional and behavioural difficulties. Since we established, we have worked tirelessly to develop services to achieve the best possible outcomes for our children & young people, creating services that nurture independence.
