Shifts- 2 on 4 off with sleeps

We are looking for Team Leaders to join our team at Helpful Investments. As a Team Leader you will be responsible for helping to provide our high-quality therapeutic care to young people as part of our integrated service. You will help support the Registered Manager by leading the day-to-day management of a shift, which also includes being part of the on-call system.

Responsibilities -

· Provide high-quality therapeutic care to young people.

· Work closely with the Registered Manager to ensure that all young people receive the appropriate level of care.

· Ability to help create and maintain a warm, nurturing and homely living environment and to contribute and take part in the day-to-day running of the home.

· Establish behavioural boundaries for young people.

· To respond quickly and with flexibility to a change of needs and priorities. Whilst having the ability to make rational and well thought out decisions that show initiative

· To be able to communicate verbally and in writing with colleagues, external agencies and young people in a clear and professional manner maintaining the rules of confidentiality as appropriate.

· To be part of the homes on call system

What we are looking for-

· Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent.

· At least 1 year in a supervisory role within the workplace.

· Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar field.

· Valid UK Driving Licence

· Passion and Enthusiasm from day one
