Term time only 39 weeks, 30 hours per week
Location – Noddfa
Due to the secondment of a member of the Noddfa staff, an opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated, skilled and person-centred practitioner to join the team.
The ability to demonstrate a keen interest and passion for working with children with highly complex needs is essential.
The successful candidate will also be required to evidence how they have worked successfully with parents/carers and other stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes for children/young people.
