Teaching Assistants Wanted in Primary and Secondary Schools in Derby and Derbyshire schools

Responsibilities:
- Support classroom instruction and assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons
- Provide classroom supervision and manage student behaviour
- Adapt teaching methods and resources to meet individual student needs
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
Qualifications and Experience:
- Ideally, a degree qualification or currently working towards one
- Previous experience with children or young people in educational or care settings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting student learning
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers and other school staff
- Relevant qualifications in education, child development, or a related field are preferred but not essential
