What's the role?

In this newly created role, you will be dedicated to identifying, developing, and retaining top talent across London Gatwick. • Build strong partnerships with HR Business Partners, senior leaders, and the Talent Experience team to ensure talent strategies are aligned with business priorities and integrated into the broader HR agenda.
  • Support Business Resource Groups (BRGs) and work collaboratively with the Senior Manager – Talent Experience to embed inclusion across all talent processes. Use data to track talent trends through an inclusive lens and shape interventions that promote belonging.

Do you have what we're looking for?
