The role of the Talent Advisor is to source the best possible talent to join InfoTrack. You’ll be advising and supporting the whole of the recruitment lifecycle and representing the InfoTrack brand, sharing our story with candidates and recruitment partners to meet the ambitious growth strategies for the company.
Responsibilities
- Ability to build and guide recruitment practices in-line with InfoTrack’s mission to bring in great talent.
- Maintain strong supplier relationships, liaising with our recruitment partners and nurturing these relationships to expand our reach and enhance the service we receive, while tracking costs.
- Be advising and working through the whole recruitment life cycle, from job profiling, benchmarking, and awareness of market trends, through job descriptions and advertisement, to offers and onboarding, to ensure a great candidate experience for everyone.
- Support, advise and partner with our hiring managers and interviewers through the entire recruitment process.
- Conduct candidate and employee engagement initiatives, such as inductions and work on other projects as part of the wider People Team.
- Conduct monthly reporting (People Summary) on employee data and resourcing updates, with recommendations for improvement from our People metrics and external initiatives.
- Support the attraction of top talent strategies, to help support the building of long-term resourcing at InfoTrack.
- Ensure compliance and good practice with all recruitment activities, including right to work checks and onboarding.
- Keep all recruitment records up to date and facilitate the best use of our ATS and the data it holds.
- Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the role and be professional in representing InfoTrack
Essential Skills & Attributes
- Can demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the full recruitment life cycle and can provide examples where they have implemented improvements across it.
- Strong talent attraction and delivery experience in a fast-paced organisation, preferably within technology.
- Confident partnering and proven experience of establishing relationships with hiring managers to influence and engage.
- Strong brand ambassador with professional and dynamic approach
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects at one time to meet deadlines
- Ability to inspire others and can communicate with all levels of stakeholders verbally and in writing.
- Motivated and proactive approach with strong decision making and initiative skills
- Highly organised with attention to detail and accuracy skills
