ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the recruitment and onboarding of talented Team Members across our rapidly expanding salon network. This role will initially start as a 6 month Fixed Term Contract but may have potential to extend based on business needs.
Working closely with the wider People Team, you’ll ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process, assisting with scheduling, compliance, and general recruitment administration. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, people-focused, and eager to grow their career in Talent Acquisition.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, high-performing team and to gain hands-on experience in recruitment operations, candidate experience, and HR administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Post job adverts and maintain accurate job listings across various platforms.
- Support the TA team with candidate resourcing and pipeline management.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and recruitment events to ensure a seamless candidate and manager experience.
- Maintain and update our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate and recruitment data.
- Be the first point of contact for candidate enquiries, delivering prompt, professional communication.
- Schedule interviews and follow-ups, keeping all stakeholders informed throughout.
- Ensure recruitment documentation meets compliance standards (e.g. right-to-work checks).
- Prepare offer letters, contracts, and onboarding documents.
- Support onboarding and induction activities to ensure new hires feel welcomed and prepared.
- Collaborate with the People Team on wider initiatives including employee engagement, training, and maintaining accurate HR records.
ABOUT YOU:
- Previous experience in a fast-paced administrative, recruitment, or HR support role is desirable.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional manner when dealing with candidates and internal teams.
- High attention to detail, particularly when handling compliance, documentation, and system updates.
- Comfortable using digital tools and platforms (experience with an ATS is a plus).
- A team player with a proactive attitude and a genuine interest in talent acquisition and HR.
- Passionate about delivering a positive candidate experience and contributing to a dynamic team environment.

Our office is based in Central London, and we offer a hybrid working model, aligned with role requirements.
