Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing the end-to-end recruiting process for highly skilled positions, particularly in the SaaS, cybersecurity, and technology sectors. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can build robust talent pipelines while effectively partnering with business leaders to manage complex interview processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruiting: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to offer acceptance, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.
- Sourcing and Pipeline Development: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing methods to attract and engage top talent for both technical and go-to-market (GTM) roles. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand their talent needs, providing insights on market trends and candidate availability. Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment process.
- Interview Process Management: Coordinate and manage complex interview processes, ensuring a consistent and positive candidate experience. Provide guidance on interview best practices and assist teams in evaluating candidate qualifications.
- Data-Driven Approach: Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and identify areas for improvement. Generate reports for stakeholders to illustrate progress and outcomes.
- Candidate Experience: Advocate for the candidate experience by communicating effectively and providing timely feedback throughout the recruitment process. Ensure a high level of engagement and professionalism at all stages.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in talent acquisition. Leverage this knowledge to enhance recruitment strategies and attract the best talent in the technology sector.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, specifically managing end-to-end recruiting processes for highly skilled technical positions as well as go-to-market roles in the SaaS, cybersecurity, or technology industries.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter, various job boards, and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Familiarity with recruitment marketing tools is a plus.
- Pipeline Building: Demonstrated experience in building robust talent pipelines and creating innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates.
- Detail Oriented: Strong attention to detail with a results-driven mindset; able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines without sacrificing quality.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze recruitment data and metrics to drive decision-making and improve processes.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
