Job Description
What will you be doing?
We're seeking someone to join our London team as Talent Acquisition Coordinator, Early Careers to provide administrative support in the attraction, selection and onboarding activities of the early careers recruitment team.
As Talent Acquisition Coordinator, Early Careers, your responsibilities will include among others
- Manage the general early careers inbox
- Deal with telephone and web enquiries
- Lead on the coordination of recruitment events
- Posting on job boards
- Update applicant tracking system
- Assist with reviewing applications
- Arrange interviews and assessment centres
- Assist candidates through the selection process
- Process and track offers
- Run regular reports
- Support the TA team and wider HR team with any other administrative support required
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should
- Previous administrative experience within recruitment (ideally early careers)
- Microsoft Office
- Ability to work at pace with high attention to detail
- Highly organised and capable of prioritising a variety of tasks
- Excellent communication skills
