At Playtech, we’re committed to growing our business in a way that has a positive impact on our people, our communities, the environment, and our industry. In 2020, we launched our first sustainability strategy, setting the foundations for our environmental, social, and governance (ESG) commitments and targets through 2025. At the heart of our strategy are four priority areas:
- Pioneering safer gambling solutions
- Promoting integrity and an inclusive culture
- Powering action for positive environmental impact
- Partnering on shared societal challenges
Our plc Board Sustainability & Compliance Committee oversees and reviews the Group’s ESG considerations and compliance status. This includes approving the sustainability strategy and policies, overseeing ESG disclosures, and ensuring compliance with regulatory gambling licenses.
The Sustainability team supports the alignment of our strategy with evolving external expectations and standards. As a small, collaborative team working in a dynamic sustainability environment, we offer the opportunity to contribute meaningfully from day one. Our work spans community investment, climate change, human rights, and employee engagement—across all markets globally.
