Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity are hiring for a Supporter Relations Executive to join our supporter relations team. You will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional supporter experience at the highest standards.
Salary
The salary this position is £32,890 per annum and we operate a hybrid working policy of 2 days per week in the office.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for supporters, providing information, advice and support to maximise income in the most efficient way.
- To communicate with supports in a prompt, helpful and professional manner via telephone, post and email – being a passionate ambassador for GOSH Charity.
- To take donations and registrations and thanking donations in accordance with the supporter relations strategy and donor journeys.
- To receive and respond to complaints about the Charity’s fundraising activity, liaising with colleagues and agencies to reach a satisfactory resolution for the supporter wherever possible.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Previous experience working with the public to inspire their support.
- Ability to provide an exceptional supporter experience for fundraisers and donors.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Experience working with databases, with attention to detail and good data management.
- Strong collaboration skills.
- A passion for working in public fundraising and delivering engaging and inspiring supporter experience.
Previous experience in the charity sector is not essential for this position, but is highly desirable.
