Lincoln City Football Club are recruiting a Matchday Family Supporter Liaison Officers (FSLO) to assist the Club on home matchdays by improving the experience for supporters.
The role of a FSLO is to be the first point of contact for supporters and fan groups on matchdays regarding queries, issues and feedback. We aim to ensure that all visitors to the LNER Stadium have a great experience, therefore the successful candidate will play a vital role in delivering best-in-class service.
The role of FSLO is very different to that of a Steward, as you will act as an advocate for Lincoln City Football Club and its supporters, be a friendly and welcoming face whilst ensuring that all supporter issues are resolved whilst remaining professional at all times.
Key responsibilities:
- Welcoming and Assisting Families: Greeting families as they arrive, providing directions, and addressing any immediate needs or concerns.
- Information and Guidance: Providing information about the stadium layout, facilities, and matchday procedures.
- Safety and Security: Working with stewards to ensure a safe and secure environment for all supporters, particularly families.
- Communication and Feedback: Acting as a point of contact for families to raise any issues or provide feedback on their experience.
- Promoting Positive Fan Engagement: Encouraging positive behavior and interaction among families and other supporters.
