Rota schedules are completed 5 weeks ahead.
Request system so with adequate notice you can request particular days off.
Every other weekend off

Permanent, guaranteed hrs for the right person.

We are a Dawlish-based company providing support to a wonderful group of disabled service users, enabling them to live as independently as possible in their own homes. We are rated as 'Good' with CQC.
If you are looking for a highly rewarding job in the local area come and join our team as a Support Worker. You will be supporting adults with a variety of different needs, including learning disabilities, mental health disorders, physical disabilities and complex needs.
If you come and work with us, you will have a great opportunity to make a positive impact in the daily lives and future aspirations of our service users. Experience is not essential, but a caring nature and flexible approach certainly is.
We offer full training and support to all new staff, this will include NVQ training and all relevant support worker training including first aid, safeguarding adults and health and safety. You will have a named supervisor and also access to the management team, when you need help.

Successful applicants will be subject to pre-employment checks including an enhanced disclosure and barring service (DBS) check (paid for by ourselves).
