Support Worker – Mental Health

Positive Steps is expanding and seeking compassionate Support Workers with a focus on mental health support. This role is vital to our mission of providing high-quality, person-centred care in the community.

You’ll support individuals with mental health needs through emotional support, daily routines, medication prompts, and meaningful social engagement. Your role will help promote independence, confidence, and overall wellbeing.

We’re looking for patient, empathetic, and reliable individuals committed to making a positive difference. A full driving licence and access to a car for work are essential.
