Female Support Worker
Location: Fairford, Gloucestershire.
Shift pattern: Can vary from 9am - 5pm Monday- Friday with an option of picking up a weekend shift.

Hours – 17 hours per week contracted either 4 or 5 hours during the day.
Pay rate: £16 per hour remote specialist rate due to the nature of the work.

What will the Support Worker role look like for you?
You will be supporting a female in her early 20’s who has a diagnosis of Autism and Learning disabilities. She suffers from non-epileptic seizures which will mean you will have to pay strong attention to detail to identify her seizure activity.

You will be promoting life skills and independence for this bright, active young lady and will be required to assist with aspects such as personal care, outings. You will be 2nd staff member unless you pick up overtime where you could be 1:1 for a short period of time.

She is supported in her home with family around to help if needed.

You will be required to be a driver and have business insurance where your mileage will be paid if you are to take the individual out into the community.

What we are looking for in the Support Worker:
cliché – however we really are looking for people who care! We believe the qualities of a great Support Worker are being empathetic, supportive, resilient, respectful and courageous and that is all you will need to succeed within this role.

  • This role requires you to be female.
  • UK clean full driving license
