Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. Responsibilities
- Assist individuals with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.

- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and report any changes in behaviour or condition to the appropriate personnel.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills related to mechanical knowledge and safety protocols relevant to the role.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Support Worker or in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
- Valid driving licence
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to work flexible hours as required by client needs, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
- A compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others improve their quality of life.
