Support Worker Position – Full time (30 Hours)

Competitive Pay – Recognising Your Value
- £12.60 per hour for your contracted hours– The Real Living Wage
- £15.75 per hour for all hours worked over your contracted hours
Support individuals with to live a fulfilled and meaningful life through the delivery of structured daily activities and supporting them into the local community.
A focus is placed upon developing levels of independence through engagement in Daily Living Skills such as cooking, cleaning, and shopping.
You will encourage individuals to maintain healthy standards of personal care, promoting the engagement in washing and bathing.
To provide emotional/wellbeing and mental health support.

We’re Looking for People Who:
