About the Role
In this rewarding role, you’ll play a vital part in supporting individuals with diverse needs and assisting healthcare professionals in providing top-quality care. Key responsibilities include:
- Building supportive, trusting relationships with clients to help them achieve their goals
- The Children's Residential Support Worker will be focusing on their physical, emotional, and developmental needs, while promoting independence and life skills development.
- Supporting clients in participating in community activities and social events
- Working collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care
- Keeping accurate records and updating care plans as needed

About You
The ideal candidate for this role will:
- Hold an enhanced DBS check (on the update service)
- Have prior experience working with children.
- Possess relevant healthcare certifications
- Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for improving lives.
This role will involve travelling frequently between designated sites at each service so having a drivers license will be essential.
