Aventus Care are recruiting full time and part time staff
We are looking for full and part time support staff to join our dedicated team.
At Aventus care we support adults with learning disabilities and complex health needs in their own homes providing 24-hour support.
If you want to go home at the end of your working day feeling like you have made a difference to someone’s life, then this is the job for you.
Experience in a support work role is desirable and you must hold a full UK driving license.
You must be caring, compassionate, reliable and have a genuine interest in supporting someone to live a fun, fulfilled life within their own home and out in the community.
The ideal support worker can use their own initiative to create fun and meaningful activities as well as build and support independent living skills.
As a support worker you must be able to menu and meal plan and be confident in planning, preparing and cooking for the person being supported.
Supporting someone to live a wonderful quality of life must be a passion of yours..
you will also be required to keep the home clean and tidy, therefore some light household duties will be required, and tidy up the front and back garden when required with mowing the lawns.
